There will be a Game 6.

The Colorado Avalanche extended their season with a 5-3 victory against the Dallas Stars in Game 5.

Let’s get into the 20/20.

1. It wasn’t a multi-goal comeback, like in Game 1, but the Avalanche are still playing because of what they do best — striking back when trailing.

Of Colorado’s six victories this postseason, five have come from a trailing position.

In the regular season the Avalanche had 26 victories that came from a losing position, including a league-best 10 wins when trailing by multiple goals.

This is what the Avalanche do, and with their season on the line, they did it again.
