20/20: The Stars are headed to the Western Conference Final

It took double overtime in Game 6, but they are back where they reached last season.

Well that was a hell of a hockey game.

The Dallas Stars are headed to the Western Conference finals after a 2-1 double overtime victory against the Colorado Avalanche in Game 6.

Let’s get into the 20/20.

1. Puck don’t lie.

The Dallas Stars were the better team in both this game and the series. They should have been celebrating a victory in the first overtime (more on that in point No. 4).

But in the end, Matt Duchene, who was part of the controversial call earlier, found the back of the net and the Stars advanced to the Western Conference Final.
