Breaking down Stars-Golden Knights Game 5
The series returns to Dallas just like we all expected, right?
The impossible now feels somehow probable.
After trailing 3-0 in the series, having their captain suspending (rightfully) for two games, the Stars are now somehow headed home with a chance to tie the series on Monday night and are carrying the momentum from a 4-2 victory.
Game 5 was a dominant showing, the Stars first period was a clinic in puck possession which should have netted them a lead, but Adin Hill as equally excellent and jaw-droppingly good multiple times — including a glove save on Roope Hintz.
But Dallas didn’t get discouraged, the opposite happened.
