Good for the kid, he really looks like a good NHLer! But, I really dislike kids blowing off their junior teams who drafted them as 15 yr olds, and developing their skills when nobody knew if they’d grow bigger, faster, or stronger. Did he jump ship because of the better training/coaching? Or because they offered cash? Would he have grown, filled out, gotten stronger anyway? I think yes.
But, great recruiting pitch for college. Not a class mentioned btw…
