Introducing "Algorithmically Incorrect Hockey" a weekly podcast/video series with Robert Tiffin

This is going to be a ton of fun.

This piece is a lot more fun to write.

While sharing news yesterday that I’d no longer be working with DLLS, I also mentioned that there would be a new project coming, one that takes some of the lessons learned from my time at DLLS.

Which is why I’m very excited about introducing Algorithmically Incorrect Hockey, or AI Hockey, with my good friend Robert Tiffin.

Algorithmically Incorrect Hockey is going to be a weekly live show aired on YouTube and simulcast onto the video platforms for both Shap Shots and Stars Thoughts starting at 2:30 ET/1:30 CT each Wednesday. The show will also then be available as a podcast on your preferred podcast platform.

While Robert and I both have history covering the Stars, this isn’t a Dallas Stars or Detroit Red Wings show. Rather it’s a general hockey show that will focus on telling unique and interesting stories from around the hockey world. Ideally Robert and I are building a show that we’d want to actually listen to ourselves.

For an idea of what it might look like, we’ve already put together a preview video trying to better explain it.

One of the things that I want to reiterate from that video, is that this is about building a show and not a business. While we will be open to business opportunities with growth – and if you’d like to reach out about sponsorship opportunities I certainly won’t stop you – for me this project is more about building something the right way with Robert.

Our first show is Wednesday, we’ve got a couple ideal guests lined up already, and I’m excited. I hope you join us tomorrow afternoon.
