I have never cooked a brisket (or had a desire to really) it I was dialed in on the brisket part of this submission. I read it more carefully than the hockey part (probably because I understand it far less lol).
What did you think about the Stars signing Steel and Craig Smith while letting Glendening walk? Seems like there's limited space for youth to come up. Also curious about your thoughts on OEL signing with Florida for $1.5M less than the Stars are paying Suter.
