To help streamline the readership experience, we are working with subsections this season for Stars and Red Wings readers, the two largest contingencies on this site. Going forward, stories that are only Red Wings or Stars centered, will only be going to those who have opted in for Stars or Red Wings coverage. There is some cross over, of course, so those will still go out to wider list.
To do that, you just need to go to your account settings and check the boxes for which emails you want to receive. All Shap Shots subscribers will have full access to everything on the website, but this should help de-clutter your inbox if you are a Stars/Red Wings fan that only wants to read about your specific team.
You, of course, can click the box to receive emails about both teams.
Here is what it will look like when you go to account settings, you’ll just click the boxes for emails you want to receive.
Just trying to make the user experience as ideal as possible, if you have any questions let me know.
